I called a Buyer who lived in Portland and said, “What are you doing?” He was mowing his lawn.
I said, “Get over her as soon as you can. I think you will like this home that just came on the market and I believe it will sell quickly.
He stopped mowing, jumped in his car, loved the home and committed to buying it without telling his wife. He knew she would love it too.
That was their second home for several years and is now their full-time home.
