I was with a pair of buyers for the first time. In the first home, the wife walked through in less than two minutes. She didn’t need to tell me it wasn’t the right home for her.
She asked how I would know if she did like a home. “Your body language,” was my easy response.
At the second home she lingered in each room, went back through the rooms and settled into the couch. She looks at me, “Can you read my body language?”
“I’m thinking you like this home,” I replied.
That was correct and they bought that home.
